I am in the mood of celebration! So... I thought this card was a good one to share with you!
This card was shared with us at convention by Shelli (for those who do not know who Shelli is, she is the co-founder/CEO of Stampin' Up!).
This card sets the tone for a very Happy Birthday, don't you think? It is cheerful and happy and fun to make.
Shelli used Stampin' Up! (what else?) card stock and Classic Ink pads in Ballet Blue, Tangerine Tango, Kiwi Kiss, and Whisper White. Stamp sets included are Party Hearty and Celebration wheel.
