Lovely as a Tree

An oldie, but still a favourite!  This card was created with Stamppin' Up! Lovely as a Tree stamp set.  I used card stock in Night of Navy, Really Rusty, and Whisper White.  I coloured it with blender pens and water colour crayons.

Anyway, I love this card and I would like to add some other details, but I did not have time to play around with it.

Wild About You

I made this card for a friend's son who just turned 13.  He is so charming!

I used Stampin' Up! Pacific Point, Baja Breeze, and Basic Black.  The stamp set is Wild About You and the waves were made with the scalloped edge punch.

New Embossing Die!

Now I have my own Manhattan Embossing Die! YAY!!!!!  So I am trying different ways to use it.  I have to be honest and say that this si not my style, but I am trying to get out of my comfort zone and trying different things.  What do you think???

I embossed the Manhattan flower on Stampin' Up! Tangerine Tango card stock and mounted it on Basic Black and then on Kiwi Kiss.  I used the Chocolate Chip pad over the flowers to give it more dimension.

It was fun to make it, but I am not sure if I am happy with the result...  Below you will find a picture of another card done with the same embossing die but on neutral colours.

I would love to hear your opinion on these cards.

The card was created using Stampin' Up! Font of You stamp set.  I used Bashful as the base of card and Really Rusty and Whisper White for the layers.  I coloured the stamp with Stampin' Up! Markers, breathed on it and stamped.  A quick and easy one make and still lots of fun!  Hope you enjoy!  :o)

All Oval

This is another card from the London Regionals' display.  I love the combination of colours!  The artist used Bella Bleu Designer paper for the background mounted on Kraft card stock and added Whisper White and Not Quite Navy .  The edge has been punched with the new Eyelet Border punch.  Isn't it gorgeous?

Inspired by Nature

This card I made for a friend's birthday.  She loves purple so I tried to incorporate it in her card.

The set is Stampin' Up! Inspired by Nature and I used Stampin' Up! water crayons direct on the stamp and spritz it with water to get the watercolour effect.

I am quite happy with the end result and I hope she liked it too!

Another Soft Summer

This is another card created with Stampin' Up! Soft Summer set.  I loved the way the artist dyed the flowers from the Pretties kit for the focal point in this card.  The Soft Summer flowers make the background of the card.  So delicate!

Here is another card made with Stampin' Up!Soft Summer stamp set.  This card was also displayed during the London Regionals.

The background of the card is one of the new textured paper; the saying and the little flowers and leaves are the rub on from the mini catalogue.

For those of you who know me, I do not like cutting, but I love the way the cut flowers look in this card.  Simply beautiful!

Goody-Goody Gumdrops
